George Hill Commits To Ohio State

George Hill, a running back from Hubbard team, finally commits to Ohio State football team managed by coach Urban Meyer. The Hubbard team considered Hill a star running back during his tenure. The Ohio State Buckeyes’ expect great performance on the field from him. Hill, a four-star talent and the first member from the Buckeyes’ class of 2016, chose to join Ohio State over other schools like West Virginia, Michigan State, Cincinnati and Kentucky.

Why George Hill Chose Ohio

George hill reiterated that the fact that he comes from Ohio, it makes him feel at home playing for Ohio State. He added that since the age of four, he always loved the Ohio State Buckeyes. George Hill says his mode of playing resembles that of players like Tavon Austin and De’Anthony Thomas, who played defense for West Virginia and Oregon respectively. The versatility and dynamic expertise portrayed by Hill will benefit the backfield of Ohio State.

Hill’s Achievements

During his sophomore year, George Hill ran 1175 yards on 100 carries, scoring fifteen touchdowns. When Hill played for Hubbard Eagles, the team lost only once to Akron St. Vincent-St. Mary in a regional championship. George Hill has made verbal commitments for the coming three classes. Massillon, a quarterback has also made a commitment to play for OH State Buckeye’s for 2017.
